Made from local hard woods

Neal owns and operates Foley’s Custom Sawmill, using a Thomas band saw capable of cutting beams up to 36 feet in length.  When he is harvesting wood custom beams and lumber, he also selects woods that have unique character to turn into boards.  They are minimally processed, highlighting the natural grain and shape of the wood.  Often, the live edge  is left, sometimes with the bark still attached.  All are made from hard woods that have air dried for two years.

Prices range from $35 – $150 depending on size and wood variety.  Ash, maple, cherry, birch, and apple are most frequently in stock.

Available in the East Forty Farm Store and can also be shipped.  Stock changes regularly, so boards in photos may not be available.
