Deadline to order whole and half pigs

Raising pigs is a productive way to use the whey created from the cheese production here at the farm.  It's nutritious,  and the pigs think it's delicious. Pastured pigs take longer to grow,  about 14-18 months,  and here at the farm they graze in the forest;  eat spent brewer's grains from our local farmhouse brewery, Odd Alewives;  unsold produce from the local farm market; and grain to balance their nutritional needs. With this simple technique you can have freshly baked bread in the house when ever you want. In about 15 minutes you can put together a hearty, rustic dough that will astonish bread snobs. Variations and styles will be taught as well. Bring a container to take some dough home. Cooking Classes are limited to 10 students and are held in our Commercial Kitchen. Minimum of 4 students needed to run class.
