The Cheesemaker's Choice

Not sure which one of our handmade cheeses you want to try? Not a problem, just choose how much cheese you’d like to sample and we’ll put together a mouthwatering selection from our stock. Your cheeses, like all our cheeses, will arrive at their peak of ripeness and ready to serve. Your Cheesemaker’s Choice will be a special culinary surprise package when it arrives and may include Medallion, Prix de Diane, Opus 42, Morgan, Cascadilla Bleu, Rockweed, or one of our specially made, limited-edition cheeses. Choose either 1.25# or 2.5#
